Two Injured in E-Rickshaw–Goods Vehicle Collision in Dharmanagar
Two people, including an e-rickshaw driver, sustained serious injuries in a collision between an e-rickshaw and a goods vehicle near Haflong Market in Dharmanagar subdivision on Saturday at around 2:30 pm.

Following the accident, personnel from the Dharmanagar Fire and Emergency Services rushed to the spot and rescued the injured. They were subsequently taken to Dharmanagar District Hospital for medical treatment.
According to reports, the e-rickshaw involved in the accident bore registration number TR 8854, while the goods vehicle was registered under number TR05J1945.
The injured e-rickshaw driver has been identified as Abhijit Das (35), while the other injured person is a passenger, Shilpi Das (36).
Both are currently undergoing treatment at Dharmanagar District Hospital. The accident triggered tension in the surrounding area.
