Youngster Club of Kumarghat is preparing a distinctive attraction for this year's Shyama Puja, with an elaborate pandal featuring Tripura's traditional bamboo and cane craftsmanship alongside a three-dimensional representation of the mythological Govardhan Hill. Through this creative concept, the organisers aim to present a unique blend of local heritage and mythology to visitors.

The approximately 40-foot-high pandal is being designed with intricate craftsmanship and creative detailing. In addition, spectacular lighting arrangements will stretch from Deo Setu to Old Shibtali, creating an enchanting atmosphere across the area. The organisers are making special efforts to combine the artistic decoration with an impressive lighting display.

Club officials Subir Dey and Sudip Deb said the estimated budget for this year's celebration is Rs 6.5 lakh. However, the club's initiatives will not remain limited to the religious celebrations and pandal decoration, as equal importance is being given to social responsibility and community welfare activities.

Puja committee president Samarjit Das and secretary Pranay Das believe that the combination of artistic excellence, Tripura's traditional craftsmanship and religious devotion will give this year's celebration a distinctive identity. They expressed hope that the unique arrangement would attract large numbers of visitors and leave a lasting impression on their minds.
